This week on Cartridge Blowers, it’s Non-Sports Sports Games! Nikki does it Datto style – which is poisoning people – in Blitzball from Final Fantasy X. Matt does flash kicks in a car to get points in soccer when in real life doing flash kicks in your car gets you points on your drivers license in Rocket League. and Cody gnarfles the garthok and flip flops the bleep bloop because England in Quidditch World Cup!
This week we play Halloween games! Matt whips it good in Castlevania Judgement, Cody sings along to the all your favorite song in Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie’s Revenge, and Nikki slices people in half wif her kicks and also she plays a video game of some sort in Nightmare Creatures!
Cody goes to hell but not like Matt’s been praying for in Swamp Thing. Matt plays with animals’ balls in Tiny Toon Adventures: Defenders of the Universe for the goddamned PS2. Lastly, Nikki learns to fly – because that’s how you cheese the game – in DEMON BLAZON!
This week it’s all about lesser known fighting games! Cody almost destroys as much of Vegas as Donal Trump destroyed Atlantic City in War of the Monsters, Nikki learns that the ultimate opponent is budget constraints in Best of the Best, and Matt takes a troubled youth from Philadelphia to Bel Air in Divekick!
This week we discuss so much E3 that we are double or normal length! Also, we play games based on Celebrity Deathmatch, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Daria!
This week we play games that everyone else loved, but we somehow missed. Cody turns badass ancient Greek battles into a cure for insomnia in God of War, Nikki wishes she was owned a bunch of art because then she’d finally have some damn frames unlike in Perfect Dark, and Matt HutHuts in Tecmo Bowl!
This week we take a look at Titus Software, makers of Superman 64, and are forcing ourselves to take on other parts of their poopy catalogue. Nikki finds out she’s impervious to palm trees, which we’ve kinda always known, in Lamborghini American Challenge; Matt spends his days wondering what the hell is happening with that coma patient heart attack athlete in Robocop; and Cody straight fucks a shark in Blues Brothers.
This week we take guilty pleasure in enjoying games that others just didn’t appreciate! Nikki lives in the city but not to worry, she knows she has to survive in Sonic R, Cody clangs his Butt against your hitboxes in Graffiti Kingdom, and Matt smells like blood and violence so you know he has been betrayed in Beat Down: Fists of Vengeance.

Soon Matt will have bones of steel in Octodad: Dadliest Catch, Nikki is clotheslined by an anime in Cutie Suzuki, Dylan finds a holocube in Flashback, and Cody is BUILDING UP to something unimpressive in Cho Aniki: Legend of Holy Protein for the PS2.
