Stuff Weekly! Fanfic Call

Hey guys, want to write a Cartridge Blowers or Stuff Weekly! fanfiction about the hosts or characters? Want us to possibly dramatically read it on the air! Well here’s your chance! In future episodes of Stuff Weekly, we may possibly read your stuff! Do, however, make sure you follow the following guidelines:

  • How? : Please write in a Google Doc and DM it to our Twitter Account (@stuff_weekly)
  • Length: 3 Google Doc Pages or Less if it’s prose, 5 pages or less if it is a script
  • Notice: Keep in mind that we (the hosts) are the arbiters of what is and is not appropriate, and we reserve the right to elect to not read your fanfic on the show if we deem it inappropriate. Everything will be curated by us beforehand.
  • Content Rules:
    • Don’t create sexual content
“What is sexual content?” I hear you asking. Anything involving sexual fantasies, sexual intimacy and intercourse, foreplay, being nude, and fetishes such as feet, inflation, vore, and pregnancy would not be appropriate to write about. Basically, if you have to stop and ask yourself, “Would this push my story into an R or NC-17 rating?” it’s not a good idea to write about it.
    • Don’t make your story too graphic
We’re okay with stories where we fight to the death, but please don’t create stories that go into details about the delightful squish our intestines make between your teeth as you feast on them. We also don’t want to read about anything regarding bodily functions. All of that is icky.
    • Don’t belittle others
Although you can reference other people, please don’t disparage them or otherwise say something you don’t think they’d find funny. You can always reach out to the person you’re writing about for permission but keep in mind that the goal shouldn’t be to make fun of other friends and fans.
    • Don’t write about genocide
It just isn’t funny. Nothing about sympathizing with or connecting us to history’s greatest assholes, either.
