This week we pick games for each other! Cody fights the eternal evil that is the user interface of System Shock. Matt makes a mascot do a cuss and a murder in Shadow the Hedgehog, and Nikki gets 52 games for the price of her dignity in Action 52!
This week we play baby video games: BETAS! Cody follows leash laws, maybe now he can start picking up after that horrible two-tailed monster he drags everywhere in Sonic Crackers! Nikki shows us that sexy legs don’t always make a good video game, unlike the delectable gams on Crash Bandicoot, in Quik: The Thunder Rabbit! And Matt throws Captain America into an abyss in Marvel Super Heroes War of the Gems!

This week we hack the planet with Rom hacks! Matt fights a piranha plant and a camera in Super Mario 64: Last Impact! Nikki trains for a week to not die which I guess is what we all do 24/7 in Kaizo Mario Bros 3! And Cody got greedy and played two games: First, Bulbasaur calls him a bitch in Pokemon Go: GTA Edition and then Sonic makes him his bitch in Robotnik’s Creature Capture!
This week we play board games in VIDEO GAME FORM! Heihachi Mishima looks like he’s gotta take a wicked shit when Cody plays Pac-Man Fever! Knuckles has an accident and man that’s two shit jokes in a row so let’s go for the trifecta, but yeah, Matt plays Sonic Shuffle. And a dangerous robotic AI destroys various united states military vehicles and it all looks like a big bag of baby dooks when Nikki plays Battleship!
This week we play games we love! Cody speeds through a keed and now he has to tell you when he moves into your neighborhood in Sonic Generations, and Matt checks out a hairy man-ape’s sweet muscular donkeybuns in Donkey Kong 94. All this plus we talk about the NES Classic Edition — and also Nikki is here!
This week we played the last games for consoles! Nikki battles sexism in the most indirect way possible in Smurfs: Around the World for Sega Master System. Matt plays the horrible baby of Donkey Kong and that “gotta go fast” meme in Sonic Blast for the Game Gear. And Cody gets crabbed and ends up with an assface in Bonk 3: Bonk’s Big Adventure for Turbo Duo.
This week we take guilty pleasure in enjoying games that others just didn’t appreciate! Nikki lives in the city but not to worry, she knows she has to survive in Sonic R, Cody clangs his Butt against your hitboxes in Graffiti Kingdom, and Matt smells like blood and violence so you know he has been betrayed in Beat Down: Fists of Vengeance.
This week we challenge each other just like on Nick Arcade. We play tiny snippets of various games, some of them even blindfolded!
This week on Cartridge Blowers, we get X-Treeeeme! Cody is so F-Zero it hurts and does a nosegrab snailfish in Sonic Riders, Nikki dresses like a pile of dirty laundry and listens to rad tunes in Tommy Moe’s Winter Extreme: Skiing and Snowboarding, Dylan tries to become one with the powder in 1080 Snowboarding, and Matt gets super-sloppy doin’ ollies in OlliOlli.
